The ruling

The Landlord shall reimburse the Tenant $813.46 for the water charges the Tenant paid, and an additional $48 for the application filing fee. The Landlord shall pay the full amount by April 7, 2025, and if not, the Tenant may deduct the amount from the rent. Going forward, the Landlord shall reimburse the Tenant for any water costs incurred.
