What happened

The Landlord applied for an order for the Tenant to pay rent arrears. The Tenant had already vacated the rental unit on May 3, 2025, but was in possession when the application was filed. The Tenant contested the amount, claiming a previous LTB agreement waived the arrears, but the Adjudicator found no such provision in the prior order.
