What happened

Tenant applied for an order determining that Landlord failed to meet maintenance obligations under the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006. The Tenant proved the Landlord failed to reasonably respond to issues with the balcony door, wood floor, closet hole, water temperature, and water pressure.
