The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective April 30, 2024. The Landlord is entitled to possession of the rental unit for their own residential occupation for at least one year. The Tenants must vacate the unit by April 30, 2024. The Landlord must reissue the compensation payment to the Tenants. The Tenants are entitled to the rent deposit and interest.
