What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to non-payment of rent. The Landlord served a valid N4 Notice and the Tenant did not void the notice by paying the arrears. The parties agreed to the terms and conditions at the hearing.
The ruling
The tenancy will be terminated on October 11, 2024 unless the Tenant pays $7,696 by September 30, 2024 or $8,823.50 by October 11, 2024 to void the order. If the Tenant does not void the order, they must pay $6,976.27 to the Landlord and vacate the unit by October 11, 2024. If the unit is not vacated, the Landlord can file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement.
