The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $27,686 by April 15, 2023 or $30,186 by May 16, 2023 to void the order. If the Tenant does not pay, they must vacate the unit by May 16, 2023 and pay the Landlord $23,565.97 plus daily compensation.
