What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to the Tenant committing illegal acts and seriously impairing the safety of others in the residential complex. The Landlord submitted video surveillance footage showing the Tenant assaulting other tenants on the property on two separate occasions.

The ruling

If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by February 19, 2024, they will owe interest at 7% annually on the outstanding balance starting February 20, 2024.
