What happened

The ruling
The tenancy will be terminated on November 30, 2023 unless the Tenant pays $2,113.44 to void the order. If the Tenant does not pay, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction. The Tenant is also entitled to a credit of $52.36 from the rent deposit and interest.
