What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to substantial interference with the reasonable enjoyment of the rental property. The Landlord alleged issues such as illegal possession and selling of Landlord's property, unlicensed scrap automobile, damage to lawns, and animal/fowl excrement around the property.

The ruling

The Landlord has proven the grounds for termination of the tenancy due to substantial interference, but the tenancy will continue if the Tenants meet the conditions set out in the order, including cleaning up the property, removing the ducks/chickens and trailer, and maintaining the property in a state of ordinary cleanliness.
