The ruling

The Landlord's application is granted. The tenancy is terminated effective June 14, 2024. If the unit is not vacated by that date, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $1,862.88, which includes daily compensation and the application fee. If the amount is not paid by June 14, 2024, the Tenants will owe interest at 7% annually on the outstanding balance.
