What happened

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $3,505.36 to void the order by April 25, 2023. If the Tenant does not void the order, the Tenant must pay $1,659.12 in rent arrears and compensation of $54.56 per day starting March 28, 2023 until the Tenant moves out.
