What happened
Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The ruling
The tenancy will be terminated on December 3, 2023 unless the Tenant pays $11,526 by November 30, 2023 or $12,526 by December 3, 2023 to void the order and continue the tenancy. If the Tenant does not void the order, they must pay $2,867.13 to the Landlords and vacate the unit by December 3, 2023.
