What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent. The application was resolved by order LTB-L-052786-22 issued on April 26, 2023. If the Tenants fail to make this payment, the Landlord may apply to the LTB within 30 days for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenants.
