What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays the Landlord $6,671.00 by May 31, 2025. If the payment is not made, the Tenant must vacate by May 31, 2025. If the tenancy is terminated, the Tenant is ordered to pay the Landlord $3,865.32, plus daily compensation of $30.87 starting April 2, 2025, until moving out. The Landlord is authorized to file for eviction with the Sheriff on or after June 1, 2025.
