What happened

Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to allegations that the Tenant or another occupant of the rental unit committed illegal acts involving drug trafficking, drug production, or possession for the purposes of trafficking, and that the Tenant, another occupant, or a person the Tenant permitted in the residential complex has seriously impaired the safety of any person.

The ruling

The Landlord's application is granted. The tenancy is terminated and the Tenant must vacate the rental unit by March 14, 2025. The Tenant is ordered to pay the Landlord $186 for the application filing fee. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by March 14, 2025, the Tenant will owe interest at 5% annually on the outstanding balance starting March 15, 2025.
