What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $7,955 by June 30, 2023 or $8,687 by July 2, 2023 to void the order. If the Tenant does not pay, they must move out by July 2, 2023 and pay $7,415.56 plus daily compensation of $24.07 from June 9, 2023 until move-out.
