What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to non-payment of rent. Tenant failed to pay the arrears after being served with a valid N4 notice. The ruling

Tenant must pay the Landlord $20,484.46 to settle arrears and filing costs, or $23,532.00 to void the eviction and continue the tenancy if paid by November 15, 2025. If Tenant does not move out or pay, the Landlord may enforce the eviction through the Sheriff starting November 16, 2025.
