What happened

The ruling

The tenancy will be terminated on June 30, 2023 unless the Tenant pays $14,508.54 to void the order and continue the tenancy. If the Tenant does not pay, they must vacate the unit by June 30, 2023 and pay the Landlord $12,237.62, which includes rent arrears and the application filing fee, minus the rent deposit and interest.
