What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The ruling

If the Tenant does not pay, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction starting June 1, 2023. The Landlord is entitled to compensation for the Tenant's continued occupation of the unit after the hearing date.
