The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective May 29, 2023. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $1,698.74 plus $30.15 per day starting May 19, 2023 until the Tenant moves out. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by May 29, 2023, the Tenant will owe interest at 6% annually on the outstanding balance.
