What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenants due to failure to pay rent. The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the tenants pay $6,241.80 by June 30, 2023 or $7,797.75 by July 1, 2023 to void the order. If the tenants do not void the order, they must pay $3,529.28 to the landlord and vacate the unit by July 1, 2023.
