What happened

The ruling
The Landlord has proven the grounds for termination of the tenancy and the claim for compensation. The Tenant must move out by October 20, 2024 and pay the Landlord $856.82, which includes compensation for use of the unit and the application filing fee. If the Tenant does not pay by the due date, they will owe interest.
