What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective April 18, 2023. The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $8,096.10, which includes rent arrears up to the move-out date and the application filing fee. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by May 14, 2023, they will owe interest at 6% annually on the outstanding balance.
