The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective July 2, 2023. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $901.82, which includes the remaining arrears from the previous order and daily compensation for occupying the unit after the order was issued, less the rent deposit and interest owed to the Tenants. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by July 2, 2023, they will owe interest starting July 3, 2023.
