The Tenants are ordered to pay $9,296.73 to the Landlord, which includes rent arrears up to August 22, 2023 and daily compensation starting August 23, 2023 until the Tenants move out, minus the rent deposit and interest on the deposit. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by October 8, 2023, they will start owing interest at 6% annually on the outstanding balance.
