What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $12,563.60 to void the order by May 19, 2023. If the Tenant does not pay this amount, the Tenant must move out by May 19, 2023 and pay the Landlord $5,169.81, which includes rent arrears and the application filing fee, minus the rent deposit and interest.
