What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent as per the previous order. The Tenant had missed several rent payments since the previous order.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated and the Tenant must vacate the unit by February 29, 2024. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $5,571.46 plus $35.89 per day starting February 1, 2024 until the Tenant vacates. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by February 29, 2024, they will owe interest at 7% annually on the outstanding balance.
