The ruling

Unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $5,806.06 by July 31, 2024 or $6,894.06 by August 2, 2024, the tenancy will be terminated. If the Tenant does not void the order, they must pay the Landlord $4,009.22 and vacate the unit by August 2, 2024. If the unit is not vacated, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement.
