What happened

The Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenants for non-payment of rent. If the Tenants vacate, the Landlord is ordered to pay the Tenants $2,346.74, which represents the surplus of the rent deposit and interest after covering the outstanding arrears and fees, minus daily compensation for occupancy in August.
