The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective July 8, 2023. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $5,107.80, which includes rent arrears up to June 27, 2023, and the cost of the previous application, less the rent deposit and interest. The Tenants must also pay the Landlord $36.66 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting June 28, 2023 until they move out.
