What happened

The Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant for non-payment of rent. The Tenant was absent from the hearing. Prior to the hearing, the Tenant paid all outstanding rent arrears and a portion of the Landlord's application fee, leaving a small balance.
