The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $20,902.77 by July 21, 2024. If the Tenant does not void the order, the Tenant must pay $17,622.39 to the Landlord and vacate the unit by July 21, 2024. If the unit is not vacated, the Landlord can file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement.
