The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $12,066.77 on or before April 22, 2024. If the Tenant does not void the order, the Tenant must pay the Landlord $8,982.81 and vacate the unit by April 22, 2024. If the unit is not vacated, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement.
