The tenant shall pay the landlord $3,202.51, which includes rent arrears up to August 31, 2022, the cost of the application, and NSF fees, minus the rent deposit and interest on the rent deposit. If the tenant does not pay the full amount by April 28, 2023, they will start to owe interest at 6% annually on the outstanding balance.
