What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant because the Tenant entered into an agreement to terminate the tenancy.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must move out by March 31, 2025. If the unit is not vacated by that date, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $186 for the application filing fee. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by March 31, 2025, they will owe interest at 6% annually on the outstanding balance starting April 1, 2025.
