What happened

Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenants due to an alleged illegal act committed by the Tenant Gwyneth McSwain. The Landlord claimed that on May 30, 2023, Gwyneth McSwain was drinking in the maintenance room of the residential complex and verbally assaulted and shoved the superintendent when asked to leave.
