What happened

Tenants applied for an order determining that the Landlord illegally entered the rental unit, substantially interfered with their reasonable enjoyment, and harassed them. The evidence showed the Landlord entered the unit late at night while the Tenants were sleeping and sent an excessive number of communications (85 emails and 17 texts) over a two-month period.
