What happened

The Landlord applied for eviction and rent arrears (L1) and compensation for unpaid utilities (L2). The Tenant vacated the unit prior to the hearing. Additionally, the Tenant must pay $833.57 for unpaid utilities by October 31, 2025. The request to include water heater rental as a utility was denied.
