What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The ruling

If the Tenant does not void the order, they must vacate the unit by April 30, 2025 and pay the Landlord $4,619.88 plus daily compensation of $42.82 from March 20, 2025 until the date they move out.
