What happened

The Landlord initially applied to terminate the tenancy for non-payment of rent. After an order was issued, the Tenants filed a review request, which was denied. The Tenants then filed a second review request. This order addresses the second request, denying it based on LTB Rule 26.18, which prohibits multiple review requests from the same party for the same order.

The ruling

The Tenants' request to review order LTB-L-002871-25 and/or order LTB-L-002871-25-RV is denied. The Board will not consider a second review request from the same party, as per its rules. The previous orders are confirmed and remain unchanged.
