The Tenant's tenancy is excluded from the Residential Tenancies Act due to shared kitchen/bathroom. The Unauthorized Occupants are ordered to vacate the unit by November 3, 2024 and pay the Landlord $14,732.60 in compensation for use and occupation of the unit.
