What happened

The ruling
The tenancy continues if the Tenant pays the full monthly rent on time for 12 months from June 2023 to May 2024. The Tenant must also pay the $186 application fee by May 12, 2023. If the Tenant fails to make any of the required payments, the Landlord may apply to terminate the tenancy.
