What happened

The Landlord applied for a review of a previous consent order issued on October 30, 2025. The Landlord claimed that the arrears amount stated in the original order was incorrect due to a factual error made by the Landlord's representative during the initial hearing. The Tenants agreed that the amount was incorrect. The review was granted to correct the financial records and the payment plan.

The ruling

The LTB cancelled the previous order and issued a new one reflecting the correct arrears amount of $6,886.00. The Tenants are ordered to follow a payment plan starting January 2026, paying $450.00 monthly until March 2027, with a final payment in April 2027. They must also pay regular rent on time. Failure to comply allows the Landlord to apply for eviction without notice under section 78.
