What happened

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenants pay $18,123.50 to void the order by January 16, 2024. If the Tenants do not pay, they must move out by January 16, 2024 and pay the Landlord $10,979.86, plus daily compensation of $84.25 starting December 8, 2023.
