What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent. The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the tenants pay $8,580 by May 31, 2023 or $10,416 by June 11, 2023 to void the order. If the tenants do not void the order, they must pay $6,280.75 to the landlord and vacate the unit by June 11, 2023.
