The request to review order LTB-L-074492-22 issued on May 18, 2023 is granted. The order is cancelled and cannot be enforced. The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenants is terminated unless the Tenants voids this order by paying $21,686 by June 30, 2023 or $24,186 by July 10, 2023. If the Tenants do not void the order, they must move out by July 10, 2023 and pay the Landlord $18,208.91 plus daily compensation of $82.19 per day starting June 20, 2023 until the date they move out.
