The ruling

Unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $5,175 by 2024-08-31 or $6,725 by 2024-09-02, the tenancy is terminated. If the Tenant does not void the order, they must pay the Landlord $2,646.11 and vacate the unit by 2024-09-02. The Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement if the unit is not vacated.
