What happened

The ruling

The tenancy will be terminated unless the Tenant pays $231 by 2024-09-30 or $1,153.50 by 2024-10-15 to void the order. If the Tenant does not pay, they must vacate the unit by 2024-10-15. The Landlord is authorized to deduct $30.33 per day for compensation starting 2024-09-19 until the Tenant moves out.
