What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant because the Landlord in good faith requires possession of the rental unit for the purpose of residential occupation for at least one year.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated and the Tenant must vacate the rental unit on or before August 31, 2023. The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $186 for the cost of filing the application and the daily compensation of $28.43 per day for the use of the rental unit from June 30, 2022 until the date the Tenant vacates.
