What happened

Landlord applied for an order requiring the Tenants to pay the rent they owed. The Tenants did not pay the full rent for the period from November 1, 2021 to April 30, 2022.

The ruling

The Tenants shall pay the Landlord $2,076, which includes $1,875 in rent arrears up to April 30, 2022 and $201 in application filing costs. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by June 11, 2023, they will owe 6% annual interest on the outstanding balance starting June 12, 2023.
